What we collect
When you request an appointment on this website we collect your name, mobile number, the reason for your visit and your preferred day and time. If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we see your number and what you tell us.
How we use it
Only to arrange and confirm your appointment, and to reply to your questions. If you tick the WhatsApp box on the form, we send appointment messages to your number on WhatsApp. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Where it is kept
Requests are stored in the clinic's Google account and in our WhatsApp business messaging service (AiSensy, which uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform). Only clinic staff can see them.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to delete your details by writing to [email protected] or calling +91 70198 02731.
